The Power of God’s Peace The Return Roy Conover July 20th, 2025 2 Thessalonians 3:16-18 16 May the Lord of peace himself give you peace always in every way. The Lord be with all of you. 17 I, Paul, am writing this greeting with my own hand, which is an authenticating mark in every letter; this is how I write. 18 The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Provision - The term “Lord of Peace” emphasizes that peace comes directly from his character and something only He can give to us. Presence - God’s divine peace that He gives to all believers is available continually and at all times. Promise - God’s divine promise to give us peace is anchored in the reality of our trust in Him to receive it. . John 14:27 27 “Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Don’t let your heart be troubled or fearful.
